Registration

After registering you will receive a confirmation email with information about the classroom location in central London, conveniently located hotels and public transport.


Course Fees

This includes lunch and refreshments as well as comprehensive training materials.

Travel & Accommodation

Delegates are responsible for the arrangement and payment of their own travel and accommodation.

ESI has arranged a special room rate at a number of hotels. Please call IBR for preferential rates and to book your accommodation, on: +44 (0) 1332 285 535 - don?t forget to mention you are an ESI delegate!


Cancellations & Transfers

If you should cancel fourteen days or more before the event then we will charge a 10% administration fee.

Regrettably no refund can be made for cancellations or transfers received less than fourteen days before the event, although a substitute may be named at any time before the programme begins.


Programme Changes

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of ESI International Ltd to change the venue, dates and/or presenters.

Please notify ESI at least one month before the course date if you have any additional requirements e.g. wheelchair access, large print etc.


What to expect in class

Registration is at 08.30 on the first day of all courses. Each day?s programme will finish at approximately 17.30.
ESI courses are intensive and require participant?s full attention during class. Please minimise the conduct of business during class.
Casual business dress is appropriate for all courses. Audio recording and videotaping are prohibited.
