Victim or Victor – Taking Control as a Project Manager

Although it is one of the key roles of a PMO, there is only so much that a PMO can do directly to reduce this level of stress on the project managers. What the PMO can, however, do is to arm the project managers with the tools and skills to work eff ectively in the corresponding environment. This article, presents the advice that the PMO needs to give to all of the project managers.
